Package: pdns-server
Version: 2.9.20-6
Severity: important

Hi,

I noticed the SOA record of some of my zones were completely wrong
when served by pdns on my ARM machine. An x86 running with _exactly_
the same zones and config works fine though.

I set the severity to important, but this makes pdns completely
  unusable on ARM..

  For example:
    On the ARM:
      luon.net has SOA record cube.luon.net. hostmaster.luon.net.
        3502374912 235929600 117964809 981467136 117966848
    On a similarely configured x86:
      luon.net has SOA record cube.luon.net. hostmaster.luon.net.
        2006110402 3600 1800 604800 1800

What might be interesting that serial 3502374912 == 0xd0c20000 and
2006110402 == 0x7792d0c2, so it seems that for some reason the serial
  is shifted ??

        Sjoerd
