I should have added that avoiding to use the 'eval' command permits a
filename containing chars usually interpreted by a shell (eg. quoting
chars ' and ") to be used in filenames. This was previously already
possible of course, except for spaces. So I moreover suggest to change
the recommended command in the man page to:

`cat $HOME/.fehbg`

even if the patch is not applied.
