Hi,
there are some issues with your debconf template.
First, please put the address
<package_name>@packages.debian.org into "Report-Msgid-Bugs-To:"
to ensure the mails according Msgid-Bugs reach the current maintainer at
any time, even if the maintainer will change.
Second, there is a funny spelling mistake (missing "R") and two extra spaces:

Third, why you wrote "There was too new features."?
Wouldn't "There are new features, too." be better there?
Currently I don't understand why it "was" and not "is".
Please consider to change these points.
If you make a new template, please ping your translators for an update of
the PO files before you upload the new package.
