http://twistedmatrix.com/trac/ticket/1451 It provides a size argument to twisted.web2.stream readline method, which is required by the current zope3 version. Without this patch, zope3 fails to parse forms. It should be definitely fixed before the etch release, as without this patch zope3 in testing/unstable is not working.
