When running ethtool against a 10GbE device (S2io Inc. Xframe 10 Gigabit
Ethernet PCI-X (rev 04)), ethtool reports the speed as being 'Unknown!
(10000)' instead of either '10000Mb/s' or '10Gb/s' as expected.
