My xconsole is started (and displayed) before icewm. After icewm has started, the xconsole window is still displayed -- despite startMinimized. Calling the window menu shows it doesn't have "Occupy all" too. Yet some of the settings are taken into account: the window doesn't have a close button for example. This was working fine with icewm from sarge (1.2.20) or from backports (1.2.23): xconsole window was forcibly minimized by icewm while it was starting. Additionally, the case of a program started _after_ icewm isn't bug-free either.
