Hi Steve, I don't know what the specs are on that powerpc buildd, but washngo's build is known to:
* Take a *very* long time on some modules * Consume 200-500MB of RAM I suspect that the build was actually progressing normally over there. If the powerpc buildd is a rather old machine, it is possible that it would have eventually finished successfully.
