"In some future version" = "it is not today".
After it won't be useless anymore without ipw3945d, it can move back
into main.
This is similar to e.g. mozilla-mplayer that was in contrib until after
mplayer went into main.

waldi and you != debian-legal
"linux-modules-extra-2.6 integration" is not a valid reason for
