Ah, foolish me. I was just looking at the bug logs again, and I realize that you are getting clamav from unstable. I had initially misread the report and thought you were running testing. Just remove the file /etc/logrotate.d/clamav-daemon. It was installed by accident in 0.83-2, and is now fixed, but I have not made the package smart enough to handle removal of it - handling removal of files under /etc/ is tricky at best.
Sorry about that. The accidental installation of this file is now fixed, so I leave it to you what you want to do with this bug - if you think more needs to be done, let me know.
