i removed the acpi-support, but i didn't solve it :-(
i also renamed the hald-addon-acpi (to disable it) and it didn't help
either.

I've seen, that you have installed acpi-support.
Please uninstall this package (dpkg --purge acpi-support) if you use
powersaved. Mixing acpi-support and powersaved is not advisable. Both
implement a powermanangement infrastructure and it's best to have only
one of them installed.

Maybe this also solves your problem of the machine rebooting.
