Package: postgresql-8.1
Version: 8.1.5-1
Severity: minor

/etc/postgresql/8.1/main/postgresql.conf:218

log_directory = 'pg_log' # Directory where log files are written
                                        # Can be absolute or relative to PGDATA

The directory 'pg_log' does not exist by default.
However a prior version of postgresql from aprox. 4 weeks ago came with a
matching
default log_directory entry. Just those nice things that make your life easier
;-)

Thanks,
commi
