the new vpim version doesn't need patching any longer. But maybe you could include a small hint into the README.Debian: "If you want to query the GNOME Evolution addressbook from mutt, you should include these two lines into your .muttrc: source "/usr/lib/evolution/2.0/evolution-addressbook-export | /usr/share/doc/libvpim-ruby1.8/examples/vcf-to-mutt.rb --aliases|" set query_command = "/usr/lib/evolution/2.0/evolution-addressbook-export | /usr/share/doc/libvpim-ruby1.8/examples/vcf-to-mutt.rb '%s'" Of course you have to adapt the path to evolution-addressbook-export, if you use a version other than 2.0.x" That would be great.
