Bug#400913: Does not use /etc/default/ivman for start/stop defaults

I've installed ivman and using it on a use-session-ivman configuration.
The problem is, when run that way, ivman conflicts with the system wide
running ivman and there is no simple way for not starting ivman at
startup.

The simple way to not start ivman at startup is running "update-rc.d ivman
remove"
