The bash completion seems to be out of date:

help, selfcheck, dumpavail (diff - that is mkpatch which is available),
smartsearch and vocfilter
are missing.
facetcoll and implications are no longer available.
This should be the complete list according to the man page.
Besides, the tag completion does not work correctly, e.g.
debtags search uitoolkit::q<TAB><TAB>
results in:
debtags search uitoolkit::uitoolkit\:\:qt
