Package: svn-buildpackage
Version: 0.6.15
Followup-For: Bug #399661

This bug also effects the use of svn-upgrade, which depends on svn_load_dirs.

I noticed this as uscan wasn't behaving on my alioth archive.

Btw, the simple work around is as follows:

apt/sources.list
deb-src http://snapshot.debian.net/archive pool subversion

# apt-get update && apt-get install subversion-tools=1.4.0-5
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree... Done
The following packages will be DOWNGRADED:
  subversion-tools
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 1 downgraded, 0 to remove and 56 not upgraded.
Need to get 129kB of archives.
After unpacking 164kB disk space will be freed.
Do you want to continue [Y/n]?
Get:1 http://snapshot.debian.net pool/subversion subversion-tools 1.4.0-5
