I am the im-sdk package maintainer. At this stage, the im-sdk software itself will not be stable enough for me to consider putting into a stable distribution. Upstream is about to overhaul the entire software stack, therefore it will still be quite unstable for the foreseeable future; and they do not want older versions to be lying around. Hence, please remove im-sdk from testing.
