I've played a bit, it's easy to apply the tetex-bin patch with some
minor adjustments. However, before trying whether the patch fixes the
problem, I wanted to reproduce the problem, as I did with tetex. And it
seems there is no problem.
This is what I did:
pbuilder login # a sid chroot
apt-get install texlive-latex-{base,recommended,extra} texlive-fonts-recommended
apt-get install latex-cjk-all latex-cjk-chinese-arphic-bkai00mp
# copy test.tex into the chroot
pdflatex test.tex
Runs without an error message or anything. Can others reproduce this?
