Package: python-django Version: 0.95-1 Severity: normal Hello,
I just noticed that, when a new project is created, the 'manage.py' file created is not executable, and it has no shebang. The diff file of python-django's package seems to remove the shebang, I don't know for the executable flag. Why this behavior ?
