Do you really need to load all those site files and have the noise shown above? Using '-no-site-file' should work for all current emacs flavours currently shipped with Debian (failed with emacs20, which required '--no-site-file', but it is already history) Under /usr/lib/emacsen-common/packages/install/ you will find some examples about different ways of doing things (as well as other packages still doing things wrong).
