Package: gv Version: 1:3.6.1-10sarge1 Although gv_3.6.1-10sarge1 claims to fix bug 398292, the only change in the package, at least in the i386 architecture, is a new entry in the changelog. All other files, including the binary executable, are identical to the previous version.
Apparently, the fact that the patch file (CVE-2006-5864.patch) is called *.patch rather than *.diff prevents it from being used in the build.
