Thanks. This was also http://bugzilla.mindrot.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1203 and is fixed upstream in OpenSSH 4.4p1. I'll incorporate the fix in my next upload, since I'm not currently planning to move to 4.4 until after etch (but instead just backport security fixes). > No, it's not the openssh debian package's fault.
