Package: r-cran-nlme
Version: 3.1.77-1
Severity: important

After upgrading from sarge to etch:

> library(nlme)
Fehler in library(nlme) : es gibt kein Paket 'nlme'

(in English: there is no package 'nlme').

In the HTML package index, several packages that are installed in
/usr/lib/R/library are not listed.

I am only filing a bug on r-cran-nlme, although at least r-cran-vr and
some other r-cran packages are affected, too.

Let me know if I can help in the diagnosis.

Cheers,

Johannes
