Why should the manpage for imapd.conf not document all of the options
that can appear in /etc/imapd.conf? At the very least, it should
provide a pointer to a document that does contain the relevant
information. And, yes, this is really a problem for upstream, but
since I actually got a response from you, do you suppose you could
tell me where to find this sasl documentation? I have spent many
hours searching for it in Debian packages and on the web in general
without any luck.
