It's not a proper fix IMO because we now use openbsd-inetd by default.
And there's not good way to reliably restart the inetd superserver without
checking individually which one is currently used.

The depends needs to be on "inet-superserver" and the postinst needs to be
smarter... it must check for the availability of the various possible
startup script before trying to invoke it.
