Package: kvm-source
Version: 7-1
Severity: important
Hi,
I'm trying to install Windows XP on a virtual (qcow) disk using kvm. It
seems to work (at least in the beginning), but the output of dmesg is
full of lines "kvm: unhandled rdmsr: c0000081". Also these messages are
printed on every virtual console, making them unusable (X is still usable).
If that is useful, the processor is an Intel Core Duo U2500 (1.2 GHz),
kvm and kvm-intel modules are loaded (they were built using
module-assistant).
Thanks,
Jeremie
