Package: kqemu-modules-2.6-k7 Version: 2:2.6.18-2 Severity: normal
I installed the kqemu-modules. After a reboot, nothing occurs: qemu complaints about missing /dev/kqemu. So I manually installed the module (modprobe kqemu). Nothing better. After a quick look on the internet, I found that we have to insert "options kqemu major=0" in /etc/modprobe.d/kqemu. A new "modprobe kqemu" and the /dev/kqemu is now created. Perhaps could it be usefull to: - add the /etc/modprobe.d/kqemu file in the package; - or add a README.Debian indicating that the user have to create the file.
