Section 11.1 _General behavior_[1] has a seemingly dead link for Sans' Incident Handling Guide, pointing to http://www.sans.org/y2k/DDoS.htm that is currently 404ing me. I think that the link should be fixed (if the resource is still online elsewhere) or otherwise dropped. The new link is pointing at the `SANS Institute - SANS InfoSec Reading Room - Incident Handling` section.
