Package: bugs.debian.org
Severity: normal

Hi,

I'm not sure if this is the right pseudo-package for this issue. Feel free to
reassign it if necessary.

I get Error 403 status when trying to access the bts from work, either directly
from the web interface or through apt-listbugs. No proxies either explicit or
transparent are used (double checked with our sysadmin).

Sample session:

[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ wget
"http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?which=pkg&data=python-numpy&archive=no&version=&dist=unstable";
--17:39:59--
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?which=pkg&data=python-numpy&archive=no&version=&dist=unstable
           =>

The originating IP is 62.4.19.137. Is there some kind of black listing involved
on bugs.d.o? If so, I would be glad if this IP could be removed from the list,
because we are not spammers, just a company involved in free software, and
using Debian for all its computers. Not being able to use the BTS makes our
lives significantly more difficult.

Thanks for your time.
