This will probably be solved automatically when 385246 is solved: all unicode characters in the diff (haven't tested the log messages so far, but I guess it'll be the case there, too): all unicode characters are encoded "twice": the latin1 interpretation of the unicode byte sequence is encoded into unicode. Ü is displayed as Ãœ, ö is ö etc.
I have set apply_charset_property=y and set svnmailer:content-charset
to '*=utf-8' on the root dir of the repo, but that doesn't change anything
either.
