My error - although not documented as such, glade doesn't like it if a string is entered in the input box of the GUI for the "Translated By" entry. An empty string is translated, a completed string is not marked up for translation. I'm sure there is still a bug in glade though, the po file keeps referencing ../deb-gview.glade.h when no such file has ever existed. Glade has not created it, loading, saving and building in glade does not generate it, it is not listed or referenced in any glade file or project file. I'll file a bug in glade later. Thanks for noticing the problem.
