Package: netpbm Severity: wish Hello Maintainer,

we have a "pbmtext" and a "pbmtextps" and I like to see a
"pbmtextpango" which should no realy difficult to make if
Upstream has already two other tools of this kind.
I like to see something like
pbmtextpango \
-font "-adobe-helvetica-bold-r-normal--12-*-*-*-*-*-iso10646-1" \
"Some text to render"
to get this running, the tool must support UNICODE and use
libpango1.0 and from the description:

I have this wish, sice I have the need to create several 1000 images
for a website in a bunch of languages from localized mo files and
scripts where a foo-script from "The Gimp" does not do what I want,
since "The Gimp" require the x-window-system and is definitivly too
slow for the cration of Images (e.g. 20x100, 20x200, 20x300, 32x32,
48x48 and 64x64).
I see this tool as a real valuable extension to the netpbm package.
