Hi Don, The bugs.donarmstrong.com server seems to be malfunctioning or something. This is causing apt-listbugs to fail as shown in #405298. Maybe you've already received emails to this effect, but I don't see them in the BTS report against apt-listbugs, so sorry if this is a known problem.
