Package: udftools
Version: 1.0.0b3-11
Severity: normal

Since /dev/pktcdvd* block devices have dynamic major number, MAKEDEV is
not an adequate way to create them. Thus, at least one binary from the
package (pktsetup) is useless without udev, but udftools don't even
suggest udev.

A separate bug has been filed against makedev so that it stops making
/dev/pktcdvd* at all, exactly because of the dynamic major number.
