Yes, this is on my TODO list.  I have already implemented the pdiff
handling and reconstruction of Packages files, but I was running into
difficulties with the reconstructed Packages (vs. .gz and .bz2) files
not matching their checksums in the Release files. So I disabled it
and just deny all .pdiff requests, to make sure that it would at least
work correctly, if not optimally, for the etch deadline.  I'll try to
get this working again and dig a little deeper.  Thanks for the
report.
