Reading the changelog of the package and the other bugreports I think
the problem is that xtpipes is not included in the package. I tried to
understand where xtpipes should come from - but failed to do so.

Looking through the website and the sourcetarball I do not have a good
concept where exactly the source code of xtpipes is
(texmf/tex4ht/bin/* (including xtpipes)) seems to contain mostly
binaries.

Unfortuntely, I'm the opposite of a Java expert, so I would need some
pointers where to start looking for information before I can help with
this issue. Anyone?

Cheers,

Michael
