I don't intend to directly reuse the gtkpbbuttons themes, for a
variety of reasons, so this is a no go.

Depends on your background I guess, would you mind sending me a
screenshot ?

There's something similar in the SVN already, and there are plans for
a small config GUI too, but no ETA for that.
