The bug should be pretty obvious to solve. It is alredy builded using libgdal1-1.3.2-dev. See debian/control file :
Build-Depends: debhelper (>> 4.1.25), python-dev, python-wxgtk2.4, proj, python-xmlbase, libgdal1-1.3.2-dev, dpatch, wx2.4-headers, libwxbase2.4-dev, libwxgtk2.4-dev, python-support (>= 0.4) The Recommends line must be updated and the bug is solved ;-) Didrik
