Package: mozilla-thunderbird
Version: 1.0.2-2.sarge1.0.8e.1
Severity: normal

After upgrading TB consistently crashes when the "write" button is pressed
(i.e. when the layout of the new mail is being rendered).

I've started TB with -g to obtain the following backtrace:
Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.

I do not currently have the source packages installed but would if requested to
help debugging.
I'm proficient in C (and Objective-C) but not in C++ and I do not have
experience with gecko/mozilla/gtk code.
Since this is a production system from which I currently cannot compose mails
from, I'm very eager for a fix.
Please contact me if there is anything (including potential financial support)
I can do to have this issue resolved ASAP.

Thank you for you support!
