I hadn't thought about that.  I just installed sarge in a chroot,
installed heimdal-clients, and tried to dist-upgrade to etch.  The
dist-upgrade wanted to remove heimdal-clients--I guess that would be
considered broken.

Even changing the Conflicts to libsl0-heimdal the dist-upgrade still
wanted to remove heimdal-clients, so I guess that's not the problem.

It's up to you.  I was working on local modifications to the heimdal
packages for our site's etch update and noticed the discrepancy.
