turned out that manpages from initscripts where 0 bytes - only reason 
I can think of is, no space on /usr on a huge upgrade.
RAM* are documented in rcS.5.

filed a bug against initscripts - hope an agreement is reached soon, on
who's supposed to do tmpfs houskeeping, or RAMRUN (at least) removed at all.
