Great, thanks. Thinking twice, I realized that "Only in ..." lines could indeed be in a different category than "extra" lines - the latter could be more suitable for email text around a diff, or junk between hunks. Maybe "unknown" would be a better name than "extra". Not sure about a category name for "Only in ...", though.
