In configure.in change line 27 to:
CFLAGS="-Wall -O2 -D_LARGEFILE_SOURCE -D_FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64"

Run autoconf and it should then let you build a version to allow >2GB
support

Incidentally I am working on a project fork (I know webalizer is already
a fork, so more a fork of a fork) which should be released in the next
couple of weeks, it will include this fix and others found in Debian's
bugzilla as well as improvements I have made.
