Hello Loïc, I cannot mail bugs.debian.org, so I'm hoping you can put
this information somewhere appropriate.

I have seen the problem also, upgrading
selinux-policy-refpolicy-targeted to 0.0.20061018-3 on a Thecus N2100
(all the same package versions you reported). I did happen to notice the
following in /var/log/kern.log (these are the first "Alignment trap"
entries):

  Jan 19 17:55:21 sbc2007 kernel: Alignment trap: semodule_deps (4217)

Which led me to /proc/cpu/alignment:
  User: 1262807

  DWord: 0
  Multi: 120460
  User faults: 3 (fixup+warn)

I hope this can be used to help find the problem.

 Regards,
Darren
