Hello Milan! Yes, I agree. But as I did not read approbiate RFCs for that yet, I do not know what is written in there. ;) At least it seems to me that KMail doesn't get lost with threading due to that. Anyway a note in README.Debian and the patch should be enough for anyone who wants to disable adding Message-Id lines in mailtrainer...
