I don't think so. Considering that we still have a few days
because of other issues and that the lack of "mozilla-enigmail"
represents an upgrade-path problem, I do believe that the Release
Team would allow enigmail to enter etch.

AIUI, it seems that enabling iceape inside enigmail is not a
major change, specially considering that you are working with enigmail
for quite some time and know very well the entire mozilla & co.
structure. Besides that, it is a service for our users, we have quite
some people out there using Mozilla with enigmail and expecting SeaMonkey
(IceApe).

That's fine by me, I can check the info and add the information
and I appreciate your effort to provide the binaries and the info about
etch packages. But I really ask you to, *please*, reconsider your
position and at least bring this to the eyes of the Release Team and ask
for their opinion, you are assuming that they won't allow such a change
without listen to them.

It solves an upgrade path problem, it is one thing less to
document in the release notes and it is about improve the quality
of the final release for our *users*.

        Thanks in advance.
        Kind regards,
