Package: gnome-vfs
Severity: normal

When a removable harddrive is attached, it is shown, but when a
non-removable disk is added, it is not shown as a volume on the desktop.
It is mounted and browsable (via a mountpoint in /media which I
specified in fstab) but it doesn't show up like the other volumes. Sorry
if this is a wishlist bug, but I believe that before hal changed
volume.ignore to true for non-removables this was the old behavior.

Thanks for all the great work, I'm happy to provide any other info or run
tests.
