kqemu is contributed, non-free and while nice to have a package in Sid, this 
is outside the overall Debian realm. Having unneeded dependencies is such a 
package is not really so nice.

I remember (and can still) download the sources, very easily compile and 
manually copy the .ko to its place and have it work 100%. M-a should be able 
to do this for me with a bit more convenience :-)
