retitle 400186 ktorrent 2.1 released! unofficial dfsg non-free packages here thanks

My intension was to diverge from official upstream tarball and from official debian packaging as little as possible. Only absolutely necessary packaging changes were made. It would be great if maintainer released official debian packages. I could help if needed (with relibtoolization, dfsg pruning etc.).
