Wait. I know it's unbuildable on _Sid_ right now. PyQt 3.14 is ongoing
right now and then will follow a compatible PyKDE, but... On sarge?

Right now you have sip4-qt3 4.1.1-1 (which of course is < 4.2) in
testing, and it will be for some time as sip4-qt3 >= 4.2 SHOULD be
blocked automatically from migrating into testing as it would render
PyQt 3.13 uninstallable.

So, how does it make PyKDE unbuildable on _Sarge_? (of course, speaking
of "Sarge" as "a clean environment built only on packages available on
Sarge")
