Fixing a bug doesn't change its severity.

Nevertheless, Marco and me agreed that this bug is serious. There are
many d-i breakages that could be fixed in the installed system, but
still should not be released.
Next release's migration will be taken care by Frans Pop once all D-I
components are migrated to Etch
